Our group sourcing & fulfilment is managed centrally through our Centre of Excellence (CoE) which manages contracting and communications with external partners including airlines, hotels and other travel services. The CoE serves Seera by streamlining all processes to improve operational efficiency and, as one centralised hub, it leverages our Group’s scale to secure the best rates, products and solutions in the Travel and Tourism industry.

One central sourcing team

Our experienced team delivers the sourcing function across the network of our Consumer Travel, Travel Management and Hajj & Umrah brands. The team manages end-to-end negotiations and contracts with all of our suppliers across the globe – from international airlines, charter services, scheduled services, private aviation and GDS companies, to all the non-air services such as international hotel chains, serviced apartments, car rental, cruises and tour operators, travel insurance services, exhibitions and conferences, and many more.

One central fulfilment team

Our Centre of Excellence team ensures that every single booking is managed and fulfilled to our highest standards. This includes various support operations, such as issuing air tickets or cancellations and refunds, or any other modifications according to the customer’s requests, to ensure their satisfaction. The CoE also handles hotel reservations management and many other services that may require modifications or cancellations.
