As the Managing Director at Seera, a role he took on in April 2021, he is also driving the strategy for Seera&#8217;s continuous transformation journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abdullah also acts as the Managing Director at Qiddiyah, the Kingdom\u2019s capital of entertainment Giga project. Qiddiyah is set to offer entertainment, sports, and arts in Saudi Arabia, aligning with the spirit of Saudi Arabia\u2019s 2030 vision.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abdullah is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saudi Entertainment Ventures, an owned subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alraedah Finance Company. Abdullah has over 11 years of experience in investment banking, where he held several executive positions, including Vice President of Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank in the Middle East and North Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abdullah holds a master\u2019s degree in Political Science and International Relations from Georgetown University in the United States as well as a master\u2019s degree in Business Administration with honours from the same university. He holds a first class honours bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration from King Saud University.<\/p>\n\n      <\/div>    <\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"single-row-title-text-wrapper\">      <div class=\"grid-container grid-container-smaller\">        <h2>Ahmed Samer Bin  Hamdi Al-Zaim<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong><strong>VICE CHAIRMAN<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to his membership in the board of (SeeraHolding Group), he is a board member in\u00a0 Al-Rajhi Takaful Company, Riyadh Cables Group Company, Saudi Modern Company for Specialized Cables &#038; Wires Industry, Riyadh Cables Company, Saudi Modern Company for Cables ltd, Gulf International Company for Contracting Real Estate Investment and Subsidiaries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And he is the Board Chairman in Saudi Modern Company for Metals and Plastic industry, Saudi Modern Company for Telephone Cables Industry and Lightech Company. Mr. Alzaim holds a bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business Administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>\n\n      <\/div>    <\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"single-row-title-text-wrapper\">      <div class=\"grid-container grid-container-smaller\">        <h2>Walid Bin Abdullah Temairik<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong><strong><strong>BOARD MEMBER<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Walid Bin Abdullah Temairik has extensive experience in auditing, accounting, and financial advisory. He is the founder and Managing Partner of Temairik Certified Professional Accountants and Auditors. Earlier in his career, he worked with Arthur Andersen and Ernst &#038; Young, where he developed strong expertise in financial reporting and compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He currently serves as a board member at Raysan Al-Arabia Real Estate Development Company, and Audit Committee member at Alnahdi Medical Company . Walid holds a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting from King Abdulaziz University and is a Fellow of the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA).<br><\/p>\n\n      <\/div>    <\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"single-row-title-text-wrapper\">      <div class=\"grid-container grid-container-smaller\">        <h2>Fawaz Bin Sulaiman AlRajhi<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong><strong><strong>BOARD MEMBER<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fawaz Sulaiman AlRajhi is an accomplished business leader with over two decades of experience in investment management, financial services, and real estate development. He has held key leadership roles across multiple entities, including AlRajhi United Investment Holding Company, AlRajhi United Real Estate Company, AlRajhi Partners and Artal Capital Company, driving strategic growth and diversification across sectors.<br><br>He also serves on the boards of regional and international companies. Fawaz holds dual Bachelor\u2019s degrees in Accounting and Information Systems Management from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, and a Master\u2019s degree in Business Administration from Stanford University.<\/p>\n\n      <\/div>    <\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"single-row-title-text-wrapper\">      <div class=\"grid-container grid-container-smaller\">        <h2>Hamza Bin Othman Khushaim<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong><strong><strong>BOARD MEMBER<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hamza has 17 years of experience in the investment sector. He previously held the position of Hedge Fund Portfolio Manager at Saudi Aramco\u2019s Investment Management, and has also served as a Hedge Fund Portfolio Manager at the endowment of King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, as well as the Head of International Markets at Hassana Investment Company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently, Hamza holds the position of Head of Strategy Management at Hassana Investment Company and is a board member at Al Rajhi Bank. Academically, he earned a Master\u2019s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance from the University of Michigan, USA. He also holds a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) credential.<\/p>\n\n      <\/div>    <\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"single-row-title-text-wrapper\">      <div class=\"grid-container grid-container-smaller\">        <h2>Abdulaziz Bin Majed AlKassabi<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong><strong><strong>BOARD MEMBER<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abdulaziz Bin Majed AlKassabi brings over 15 years of experience in investment, industrial, and corporate management. He is currently the Chairman of Saudi Lime Industries and Vice Chairman of Petromin Company, in addition to serving on the boards of Qassim Cement Company and Ayan Investment Company. His previous leadership roles include Managing Director of Makkah Medical Center and Vice Chairman of Hail Cement Company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His career reflects a deep focus on corporate transformation, strategic planning, and financial oversight. Abdulaziz holds a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering Management from the Missouri University of Science and Technology and a Master\u2019s degree in Business Administration (Finance) from the Drucker School of Management.<\/p>\n\n      <\/div>    <\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"single-row-title-text-wrapper\">      <div class=\"grid-container grid-container-smaller\">        <h2>Mohamed Bin Ibrahim AlQunaibit<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong><strong><strong><strong>BOARD MEMBER<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mohammed serves as Managing Director and Board Member of Usul Qana Company, where he oversees the firm\u2019s investment strategy and financial growth initiatives.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He also serves on the boards of several other companies, contributing to their strategic direction and governance oversight. Prior to assuming his current position as an MD at Usul Qana, he successfully progressed through various investment management positions in SNB Capital and GIB Capital.
