Position Description
The Mobile Product Manager will report into the product owner and will jointly be responsible for ideate & execute the product roadmap for the mobile apps. You will be part of a well-structured product team comprising of talented individuals with diverse backgrounds giving you a great learning platform.
Your key responsibilities:
- Gather requirements from various stakeholders throughout the organization
- Provide input and guidance for UX/UI design and prototyping
- Write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development and QA teams
- Participate, drive, and deliver using the Scrum software development methodology
- Analyze and report on the product performance to stakeholders
- Responsible for timely agile product delivery and continuous improvement of agile execution
- Leading scrum ceremonies like grooming sessions, sprint retrospective, etc. to drive timely feature deliveries
- Participate in various user and product research exercises/workshops
- Develop a framework for experimentation and optimization of new and existing features
- Execute and analyze A/B tests to optimize the product using Apptimize and google analytics
- Mentor the business, UX and marketing teams on mobile best practices
The ideal candidate:
- Has a customer-centric vision and is focused on solving customer and business problems
- Has an agile mindset (scrum experience preferable)
- Has experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Has excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Is highly analytical and results driven; has experience with business ROI modeling, funnel analysis using google analytics, and experience setting up and running A/B/n tests for features
- Can strongly contribute to UX/UI discussions
- Has a (high level) understanding of app development and release processes
- Has experience with mobile marketing platforms like Adjust, Braze, and Branch.io
Desired experience and qualifications:
- 3-5 years’ experience in product teams in a b2c e-commerce organization
- Degree qualification or equivalent in computer science, UX or similar
- Working knowledge of SQL and other analytics tools like google analytics etc.
- Experience working with 500k+ MAU apps is a plus
