Element List Explanation
The reason of the increase (decrease) in the sales/ revenues during the current quarter compared to the same quarter of the last year is Revenue for Q1 2026 dipped 1% to SAR1,089 million, as growth in Portman Travel Group was offset due to the geopolitical conditions that affected revenues of Almosafer, Lumi and hospitality business.
The reason of the increase (decrease) in the net profit during the current quarter compared to the same quarter of the last year is Seera recorded a net income of SR 42 million in Q1 2026, representing a 13.5% year-on-year increase, driven by growth in Portman Travel Group, and contribution from income generated through the management of corporate investment activities. 

Adjusted for one-off items in Q1 2025, net profit after NCI increased by 70% year-on-year

The reason of the increase (decrease) in the sales/ revenues during the current quarter compared to the previous one is Revenue for Q1 2026 grew 8.7% SR1,089 million as compared to Q4 , 2025, as growth in Portman Travel Group and Hospitality segment.
The reason of the increase (decrease) in the net profit (loss) during the current quarter compared to the previous one is Seera recorded a net income of SR 42 million in Q1 2026, representing a 250% growth against the previous quatrter, driven by growth in Portman Travel Group and contribution from income generated through the management of corporate investment activities.
